Standard shipping times range from 3 to 10 business days depending on location and carrier availability.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we want to make it right. If your order is not delivered within 10 business days from the shipping date, you are eligible for compensation under the following terms:
Customers will receive $1 for each additional day the package is late, up to a maximum of $5 per order.
The late delivery period begins after 10 business days from the shipping date and applies for up to 5 additional days.
